Is it me, or does it seem like customer service in this country is getting worse? Well, if recent reports are to be believed… it actually is. In fact, in one report alone, over 56% of the people interviewed said they NEVER got a resolution to their problem… heck, they never even got an apology!
Customers are the lifeblood of any company. How long can you treat clients poorly before they get sick and tired of your shenanigans? Maybe it just has something to do with being a large, faceless corporation. I mean, just walk into any large “big-box” retailer and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about. And heaven forbid you actually buy something and have it installed by them and have a problem…
The “big box” store tells you to call the installer—who is nothing more than a third party “faceless” vendor—who they contracted to install your purchase. So you call the installer who tells you to call the manufacturer who tells you to call the retailer. It’s a circle and cycle of pure madness.
I don’t get it. I can’t fit that into my thought process.
Here at Elerson Siding and Windows, you deal with me or my son Eric… that’s it. We’re the owners of the company. We still believe in looking a customer in the eye and “shaking on it.” In fact, after EVERY SINGLE JOB we do, either my son or I will show up at your door and walk around your home to inspect the job together with you.
So whether you’re getting window replacements in Fort Worth, or energy saving ideas in Dallas, or new vinyl siding in Fort Worth,
No job is done until 3 people say it’s done: the site supervisor, me (or my son) and YOU!
And if there is ever a problem, you don’t call an out of the country customer “support” line, you don’t call and get a run-a-round, you call the owners… Kerry Elerson and/or my son, Eric Elerson. We’re the decision makers and you will get your problem solved…PERIOD.
We’re not some faceless corporation, and by God, we will bend over backwards to make sure you are 100% satisfied. After all, you’re the lifeblood of my company and we never forget it.
If you’re ready to deal with a family owned and operated company that will look you in the eye and “shake on it,” then give us a call today… we’d love to hear from you.
